The "Enterprise & eustress" project, designed and developed in collaboration with the Iulm University of Castellanza and PGA ( dTeam’s partner), has entered the pilot phase. Stress can be unpleasant and harmful, in this case we speak about “distress”, or stimulating and precious - this is “eustress”. In workplaces we generally focus on the elimination of negative stressors neglecting the development of the positive ones. But the positive stressors are fundamental to brave the challenges and to achieve faster our professional goals. The "Enterprise & eustress" project, based on questionnaires and in-depth comparisons detects the type of stress in act and allows to design actions capable of transformation of distress into eustress. The benefits can be great: from improvement of the company climate to growth of the economic outcomes. |
